Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love your HavenzHome piece. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Return window
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in original packaging.
How to start a return
Email hello@havenzhome.com with your order number and reason. We’ll arrange pickup and inspect the item on receipt.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt and inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable; reverse pickup may carry a small charge for bulky items.
Non-returnable items
Custom-made pieces, clearance items and pieces showing signs of use are not eligible for return.
