Shipping Policy
How and when your HavenzHome order reaches you.
Processing time
Most orders are dispatched within 3–7 business days. Made-to-order pieces may take 2–4 weeks; the lead time is shown on the product page.
Shipping charges
Free shipping on cart totals at or above ₹4,999. A flat fee of ₹499 applies below this. Bulky furniture may carry additional handling fees — noted at checkout.
Delivery
Most metros are delivered within 5–12 business days after dispatch; remote PIN codes may take longer. We share a tracking link by email/SMS once dispatched.
Damaged in transit
Please inspect your order on delivery. Report any damage within 48 hours with photos to hello@havenzhome.com and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
